Lewes Refugee Support Group Open Meeting

Lewes Refugee Support Group are holding a public meeting on Thursday 18th June from 7pm - 8.30pm at the Town Hall with speaker Dr Sohail Jannesari.  

This event is a short talk and arts workshop based on Sohail’s recently published book, The Migrant Art of Coping.

The workshop draws on the book’s core argument, that people seeking sanctuary hold knowledge about survival, care and mental wellbeing under hostile conditions that are useful for everyone in society.
